Call Out charge covers travel to and from your property along with the 1st hour on site, up to 15 miles excluding any materials that may be required to complete works. Any additional hours after the 1st hour will be charged accordingly depending on the time of day the call out is.

All materials supplied and fitted by Odin Electrical Services Limited will be charged at trade plus 30%

Warranty will only be provided on products supplied by Odin Electrical Services Limited.

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Quotes with materials exceeding the value of £1500 may need the materials to be paid in full prior to works commencing on site.

Individual Items/materials in excess of £1500 will need to be paid for via a Pro Forma invoice before being ordered.

All customers wishing to pay for materials exceeding £100.00 by Cheque will be invoiced for the parts 2 weeks before works to start to allow cheque payment to clear and arrange materials.

Warranty will only be provided on products supplied Odin Electrical Services Limited.

DOMESTIC CHARGES

All domestic alteration works will be issued with an NICEIC Minor Works Certificate FOC on completion of works.

All domestic new installation works will be issued with an NICEIC Electrical Installation Certificate with a charge of £30.00 for notification of works on completion of works.

Any additional materials used during these works will be charged accordingly trade price plus 30%.

Warranty will only be provided on products supplied by Odin Electrical Services Limited.

Domestic and Landlord EICR Charges

£50 per consumer unit plus £20 per circuit

All domestic residential EICR’s are valid for 10 year’s maximum.

All landlord residential EICR’s are valid for 5 year’s maximum.

All EICR’s are to be completed by a Competent Electrician.

All EICR Certificates will be charged at £50

All commercial EICR’s are valid for 5 year’s maximum.

Emergency lighting should be tested on a Monthly basis with a 1 hour duration test every 6 months and a Full 3 hour drain down test once yearly.

Fire alarm’s should be tested on a Monthly basis.

Portable Appliance Testing should be carried out on a yearly basis. The testing cost per item is based on the items being easily accessible, if we have to move desks, cupboards or any other items to access the plugs for testing then extra costs will apply

PAYMENT METHODS

Cash Payments – All cash payments will be made directly to Electrician on completion of works (We Do Not Accept £50.00 Notes).

BAC’s Electronic Payments – Our bank account details will be issued to you via our Invoice on completion of works.

Credit/Debit Card Payments – All card payments can be taken via the link on the invoice

Cheque Payments – All Cheque payable to “Odin Electrical Services Limited”.
